Who can submit a Make Your Money Back Guarantee claim?

To be eligible for the Make Your Money Back Guarantee, your account must be in good standing (with all payments up to date) by the deadline listed in the program Terms & Conditions. 

Additionally, you must meet all eligibility requirements listed in the Make Your Money Back Guarantee claim policy in the same document.
