To be eligible for the Make Your Money Back Guarantee, your account must be in good standing (with all payments up to date) by the deadline listed in the program Terms & Conditions

Additionally, you must meet all eligibility requirements listed in the Make Your Money Back Guarantee claim policy in the same document.
